Hi, My name is Chander Mohan, I am a retired Govt. officer based out of Delhi, and The compliant here refers to dishonest practices followed by propertychacha.com I had booked a flat in Raj Nagar Extn. In January 2011, through propertychacha.com, as it was a competitive market their employees approached me day by day out to book the apartment thru them. At the time of booking I was offered the discount of 11% on the BSP of the deal. As the same was the prevailing trend in the market, the discount which was supposed to redeemed in 2 installments. The due amounts in March/April 2011 after deduction of TDS. Now again the chase is On from past 2 years and still they are not honoring there deadlines, every time they have a new excuse to defer the due amounts. At times they have an excuse that they have not received monies from Builder at times they are into reconciliation with Builders. I am an Old Retired man, sick and tired of chasing them day 2 day out and these Sick souls are troubling me for my hard earned money, request all of you to please beware of this FRAUD company. They pursue you hard to sell a flat and then run away.. They are CHEATERS. It is an absolute Mismanaged company as every now and then their employees leave the organization and you have to chase a new person/explain him every stuff and then they are absconding.
