we have register a complaint with the whirlpool jaipur service centre on 5th june with the name of kuljeet. On 6th of june an enjineer came and he told that it will be repair in the workshop and till now no one has come to take the fridge .In january the compressor had been changed and acc. to the engineer the gas is blocked so again its a compressor problem which is in the warranty period. we have given them so many reminders related to it but then also nothing is been done. they also misguided us by giving them fake numbers that u can talk with the owner but that no. was of U.P owner. this is really a harrasment done to a customer.
if soon no action will be taken then forcefully we have to go in the consumer court.
