Sampatti trading and developers limited
Sampatti Trading gave me cheque for surrendering plots, but before I withdraw money it was seized.
Now they are not giving any response and I am not sure what is happening on this side...as I am staying out of Delhi in Ghaziabad.
Can anyone inform on the refund status...is that started or not ? I am worried that they are superb cheater. This is another fraud company by Mr. Shanthi Swaroup Satija who cheated 100+ people by his last website property chacha. Please help me any one to get money out from him.

Sampatti Trading demand forceful payment in First Meeting. Its Suspecious. I booked a Flat with them before years. keep ask about update and progress but its been more than 4 years and I am still waiting for possession of flat.
