Hello all, i am running for refund of my plots booked in Ashapurna Chandan Vihar,Bagru Jaipur. After lots efforts and abuse with Shanti Swaroop Satija they hang me till now and not paying any single penny. I earned this money with whole family effort and he grab it in one shot. All information provided by Shanti Swaroop Satija through Property Mantra at Aaj Tak was wrong and will be always WRONG. They are just threating customer by given fake information. He charged Rs.25,000.00 as consultancy for getting the refund. I am constantly visiting his office for getting the relief from developer since July 2011. Now, I am victim of that developer & consultant who took the responsibility of refund.

I have invested Rs.1,75,000/- in Shanthi Swaroup Satija owner of Property ChaCha (PropertyChacha.com) in Oct. 2011 when his office was in Jhandewalan, he issued undertaking & money receipt also for a period of 12 months. I am regularly visiting his office with a request to returned my money but he says that company at Jhandewalan is different company & has been closed.
This is a case of cheating & refusal of returning of loan. I am also taking legal action for recovery & lodging on FIR.

I ordered a new TV/DVD player from NAXA and the power cord was missing. They won't send a new one and offer no customer service other than contacting the dealer I purchased the TV from. Previously, the due date was 22nd of every month ans the seller convinced me that this date wont changed. For your information, I always make payment over net and that on 22nd Mid-night. May your 1000 cheque can be bounce and your hard effort money can be lost. He keep misguide and keep fake and blind commitment for property & investment. I have ordered a 4 port usb hub with power adapter, as per rediff online site description of the item , vide order no 8147030 dated 18-6-2013 ( Transaction No.19040885).I paid Rs 769 for the item, under COD. But on opening the packet delivered to me , i found that the item i received is different- a cheap and sub standard USb hub costing a very less amount. Immediately, i complained to the customer care of rediff shopping through phone and by e mail. I purchased a 9 month old NANO Car bought from ‘CONCORDE MOTORS’ in Ambattur, Chennai.
The car got a minor problem of making noise in the left side while driving following which I left the vehicle in service centre(same ambattur) on June 25 for repair. I am consistent user of Airtel broadband since many years. Suddenly internet stopped work from Sunday and i keep called to customer care and they told in 24 hrs it will solve by engineers visit and its11 days passed no one came and we keep called for visit and they keep said 24 hrs.
