But sorry to say i have not received even one qualified / non-qualified query. This website is sheer wastage of time. I bought a four years maintenance contract from Godrej for a split AC in Jun 2012 for which I paid Rs 5076/. I issued a check and was verbally told that all functional parts and Gas filling will be covered. The person promised to send the contract papers by post which he did not send. On my complaint through E Mail, the GOdrej Appliance Manager, wrote an apology letter giving an extended warranty of 4 years and one month on the lines of original warranty. Here also, no other papers were sent thus giving me an impression that all items are covered in the contract.
