For last 2 months, BSNL is deducting my money by subscribing its services without my knowledge. Also, customer care is not very supportive. They keep giving me wrong numbers of UP west zone. Till now, about Rs. 40 have been deducted in order to stop this service. Now, I have managed to stop the service by sending messages to BSNL. I want my lost money back from BSNL. They started given me excuses that company is not in good position and share market is also not doing well or given me an option to renew it. My friend is very helpless because he is not able to do anything but running behind these directors false promises.
