I had purchased 16/03/2013 new carrier refrigerator from Agra from climate control located at near hotel anjumar agra and challan no:100.
my complain is carrier company still not sent me bill i had called so many time pls sent my bill,i have only receive Callahan no nothing else. that refrigerator isn't cooling & not giving proper temperature support to refrigerator.
my all cold storage product daily melted & worth less all ice cream not for sale purpose & customer daily complaint me we give u money but ice cream is melting mostly i was retiring money customer, sir what i do because company not responding me. They are fraud and cheater.
Sir pls help me to change this freezer
