	cheating & refusal of returning of my loan by Property ChaCha (PropertyChacha.com)

I have invested Rs.1,75,000/- in Shanthi Swaroup Satija owner of Property ChaCha (PropertyChacha.com) in Oct. 2011 when his office was in Jhandewalan, he issued undertaking & money receipt also for a period of 12 months. I am regularly visiting his office with a request to returned my money but he says that company at Jhandewalan is different company & has been closed. This is a case of cheating & refusal of returning of loan. I am also taking legal action for recovery & lodging on FIR.
