I , sachin kumar lives in odisha. I have bought a TCL AC few years back .Since its purchase its not working even I have registered my complaint so many times to the dealer. They never visited my place for the services rather than giving me specific day or time. TCL gives me 5 years guarantee and I have no idea what to do against this company .
