	Power cord missing

I ordered a new TV/DVD player from NAXA and the power cord was missing. They won't send a new one and offer no customer service other than contacting the dealer I purchased the TV from. The dealer says NAXA is responsible since they sent the set without the cord. I would NOT but any NAXA made products from a company with such poor customer service....
