Around two year back I had bought a flat through propertychacha.com, in Noida Expressway. At the time of booking they has issued us a credit note that said they would refund us a part of the brokerage fee once we've made 30% payments. It's been a year now since we've made 40% payments and even after running behind them they just refuse to refund us back the amount,also we've submitted all the documents.
