	False commitment by Infibeam.com: Late delivery of product

I have bought Sony Xperia ZR on May 6th,2014 and product was shipped by May 8th and I have received the confirmation mail or message and till now I have not received my phone. Whenever I call customer care they start responding that your product is shipped within next 24 hrs. They have deducted the payment and I am very disappointment.
