where to give complaint about fake university certificates, one of the person whom I know has a BTECH university degree with all the semester papers from SULTANPUR UNIVERSITY ( dont knw the full name of it ) saw the degree certificate by myself. actually he was studying in a chennai based engg college at that time and he couldnt complete the papers. So he has managed to get a fake certificate for 2 lacs. I need to make a complaint about this. pls help me out
