I have taken 2 policies from this company and whatever they assured me in return is actually not given to me . They started given me excuses that company is not in good position and share market is also not doing well or given me an option to renew it. I don’t understand if the company is not in position to pay the money why they force their customer to change the plan. And most important once they sell their policy they start avoiding your call as their targets are fulfilled. If they assure 100% customer oriented services they should inform their customer on time for any good or bad.
