Hi, I am asha and I have bought a senorita VX washing machine from IFB company which is having the warranty of 4yrs .I have lodged a complaint due to some technical problem and their junior technician repair it by giving us unlogical reason for which I have paid him Rs 2000 and after that machine is completely spoiled and same technician giving excuses which is very funny like machine is sounding different because of empty tank , once we filled the water it will stop sounding. He even don’t have any idea what has happened with the machine. There services are very bad and technician are have no idea about the machinery .Be careful from IFB electronic products .
