	Complaint against E-bay services

I am sandeep and ordered a XOLO play 8x1200 from online site E-bay .I have received the product but not as per my order. I have ordered for the black device and they send me red instead of black. Now they are not ready to accept my complaint against the replacement of product and they are saying I am lying to them. My complaint number is 668919. Kindly help me on this.
