I am mridul and using the BSNL internet connection for Rs 1000 (BB 999 plan) which was promised a speed of 4Mbs and I never got this speed. My connection speed is 1mbps and its completely useless. I have submitted my complaint so many times and still not getting any response on my complaint. My phone number is 0172-2572372. I have changed the plan and still its not upto the mark. If anyone can help me, please let me know what to do.Else I will disconnect this connection.
