I booked an one-BHK (650 sq.ft) flat 2 years ago at Ekdant Group. The project name was Rawal Residency. I paid a 20% booking amount INR 3,50,000 (Three Lac fifty four thousand only) in advance and signed the agreement in May 2013. I have been asking the builder about the commencement of the project since last two year, but the builder didn’t give a satisfactory answer once. I am always told that they are waiting for approval. There is no update in this project from last 2 years, they are making fool of all of us. I visited their office and met MD. Rakesh Gupta,, Narendra Mishra and other people more than 20 times during this time. But to no avail. We filed an FIR (No: 0145) as well, the legal proceedings are on right now. Can your channel help us buyers in any way and get the builder to refund our hard-earned money? It will be a great help on your part since the issue concerns around 20+ families. This builder has a history of such fraudulent misdoings. Had we all been aware of this, we wouldn’t have paid the sign-up amount. Please expose the builder and help us.
