I was promised a refund same day, I waited for 3 days and when I asked will you pay me back or should I go to consumer court. They replied, arrogantly saying even if you want to go to court it will take some time so better wait.

Hello dear, refund process takes 5-6 working days. In the end you get your money refunded or not. BatteryBhai.com delivered thousand of orders but no one react like you. So dear before place an order read all terms and conditions. In online market no one can cheats you.
